Refund policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase and must be requested by written email to nailswithpaula@gmail.com. After this time, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of handmade and custom-made products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds if you simply change your mind, ordered the wrong size, or wish to request a different style. Please be sure to check your sizes carefully before placing your order.

FOR UK ONLY: Sizing and shape finder kits may be returned only if unopened and in their original condition. If a custom order was placed after using a kit, the kit may still be returned, but it will not be eligible for a refund since the cost has already been deducted from your order.

FOR EUROPE ONLY: To avoid any extra fees, taxes or import export duties, all products sales are final past the 12h period and no returns will be accepted.

If an item is returned automatically (for example, unclaimed or sent to an incorrect address), it will not be refunded. You may contact us to arrange redelivery.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nailswithpaula@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos, and any relevant details. Each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to make it right.
