At Nails with Paula, we love shorter lengths. They’re practical, wearable and perfect for everyday life without compromising on style. I offer 9 shapes which fall into three general length categories: XXS, XS and S.
Choosing the right fit and shape means your nails will not only look amazing but feel comfortable too.
While you might be drawn to the shortest XXS option, keep in mind that your natural nail bed length matters if your nails are longer, XXS may be too short to fully cover them.
That’s why I always recommend a Sizing Kit or Shape Finder Kit before a custom set request. Once you know the perfect shape and length for you, you’ll be set for all future orders.
Some tips suit certain nail types better:
- XXS Round - great for shorter nail beds.
- XXS Natural - works well for flatter nail beds.
- XS Almond - not ideal for longer nail beds, as the natural corners may be exposed.
- S Sharp Square - has a pronounced C-curve, which may not be comfortable for everyone.
